I’m sure you have all seen the latest trend – The Audio Guestbook. A unique and instagrammable twist on the traditional guestbook. A modern and fun way to capture memories of your wedding day through telephone messages.
When I first came across this idea at the Wedding Journal Show in Birmingham last year, I knew it would be the perfect addition to our range. We sourced the telephone itself from a reputable company that we could trust & Mark got to work on the design of the telephone box. Adding some pretty florals and signage to finish off the look.
The idea was relatively new to Ireland, and we were delighted to be the first supplier of The Audio Guestbook in Co Louth. So how does it all work?
In advance of the wedding, you can record your own personal message that I can then upload to the phone. So when your guests pick up the receiver, they will hear your voices “Hi, This is Sarah & Paul, Leave us a message!”
We would set the full size telephone box up on the morning of the wedding, ensuring all is in perfect working order.
Guest come & go throughout the wedding, and leave their messages, well wishes, words of advice and drunken banter.
The following morning upon collection, I then process all the messages and save to a USB and get them posted to you within 48 hours.
There are companies that we can recommend who can transfer your files to vinyl record, a beautiful keepsake idea.
And in years to come, you can listen back to all those messages from one of the most special days of your lives.
